The CK120 is a compact, high-performance hot air circulating oven engineered for boutique hotel pastry kitchens, artisan bakeries, and upscale restaurant chains. Designed to accommodate four 600×400mm standard trays within a minimal footprint of just 920×840×585mm, this unit delivers professional-grade baking and roasting results in space-constrained commercial kitchens.
Equipped with a dual-motor forward/reverse fan system and a 300℃ high-temperature control module, the CK120 ensures exceptional heat distribution and browning consistency. The integrated spray humidification function supports European-style crust development, while the full-view double-layer tempered glass door allows chefs to monitor baking progress without opening the door and disrupting oven spring.
300℃ Wide-Range Temperature Control
Offers precise temperature adjustment from 0 to 300℃ with an analog dial display. Supports the full spectrum of baking requirements-from low-temperature proofing (approx. 30-40℃) and mid-range baking (160-200℃) to high-temperature rapid browning (280-300℃).
Dual-Motor Forward/Reverse Fan System
Features a high-volume single fan driven by a reversible motor. By alternating airflow direction, the system creates turbulent hot air circulation that eliminates dead zones, delivering uniformly browned results across the entire tray-ideal for cookies, croissants, puff pastry, and egg tarts.
4-in-1 Functionality (Spray / Proof / Dry / Hold)
12 programmable memory keys for one-touch access to saved recipes. The spray function injects moisture for crusty breads and baguettes. Proof mode eliminates the need for a separate proofing cabinet. Dry and Hold modes extend versatility to fruit dehydration and hot-holding applications.
